Alta en el día luego de intervenciones cardiovasculares percutáneas

Caso clínico #1
Paciente masculino que se presenta con angina progresiva con estudios no invasivos discordantes, se realiza cinecoronariografía por abordaje radial que evidencia lesión crítica en tercio proximal de arteria Descendente Anterior. Se continúa con Angioplastia con implante de un Stent Liberador de Drogas guiado con IVUS en forma exitosa. Evoluciona estable durante la observación por 6hs luego de la intervención, otorgando el alta en el día sin complicaciones en el seguimiento.
Caso clínico #2
Mujer de 58 años, tabaquismo, sedentarismo, estrés y antecedentes heredofamiliares de enfermedad coronaria como factores de riesgo cardiovascular, se presenta con angina de reciente comienzo e isquemia inferior. Se realizó angioplastia por abordaje radial a Arteria Coronaria Derecha con DES guiada con IVUS, sin complicaciones durante la observación durante 6hs por lo que se otorgó el alta en el día.
